2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account on SolarisCRM or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you are signing up on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use SolarisCRM.

3. What SolarisCRM is

SolarisCRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform designed for B2B sales and customer success teams. It includes features for lead and pipeline management, proposal creation, customer health tracking, renewal management, and AI-assisted workflows.

Access to the platform is provided on a subscription basis. Features available to you depend on the plan you have subscribed to.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone outside your organisation. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at rishi@stellavix.in.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. Accounts created with false information may be suspended without notice.

5. Subscriptions and billing

SolarisCRM offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee at the start of each billing cycle.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription from within your account settings at any time.

All prices displayed are exclusive of GST (18%), which will be added at checkout where applicable under Indian tax law.

6. Free trial

New accounts may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. Trial accounts that are not converted will be deactivated, and your data will be held for 30 days before deletion.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SolarisCRM to:

Upload, store, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
Use automated scripts to scrape data from the platform without written permission
Resell or sublicense access to SolarisCRM without prior written consent from Stellavix
Use the platform for spam, phishing, or any form of fraudulent activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions, with or without prior notice.

8. WhatsApp Business Platform use

Where you connect a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) to SolarisCRM, additional rules apply on top of these Terms. You represent and warrant that:

You have obtained explicit opt-in consent from every recipient before sending them WhatsApp messages, in line with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Business Terms.
You will honour recipient opt-outs. When a recipient sends STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT, SolarisCRM auto-flags the contact. You will not use any workaround to continue messaging opted-out contacts.
You will not use WhatsApp via SolarisCRM to send prohibited content — spam, adult content, illegal goods or services, financial scams, election-related messaging outside Meta's allowed use cases, or any content violating Meta's Commerce or Business policies.
You are responsible for any conversation-based charges Meta bills against your WABA. SolarisCRM reports these charges under WhatsApp Cost but does not pay them on your behalf unless explicitly arranged.
You will not misrepresent your business identity, use a WABA that is not legitimately yours, or attempt to onboard third-party WABAs without their admin's explicit consent.

Violation of WhatsApp Business policies may result in Meta suspending your WABA, quality-rating penalties, or messaging limit tier drops — all outside Stellavix's control. Repeat or severe violations will result in us suspending or terminating your SolarisCRM account.

9. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it. By using SolarisCRM, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.

10. Intellectual property

SolarisCRM, including all software, designs, and content within the platform, is the intellectual property of Stellavix. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any part of the product.

You grant Stellavix a limited licence to store and process the data you upload solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events outside our control may cause temporary downtime.

We may update, add, or remove features at any time. For material changes that affect your workflow, we will provide reasonable advance notice where possible.

12. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for details on what happens to your data and any applicable refunds.

Stellavix may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stellavix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SolarisCRM — including loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
